Beyond disgusting and disrespectful. Never mind stringing these c*cks*ck*ers up by their teeny tiny blueberry-sized balls, what about attaching electrodes to them as well? Seriously, the best punishment would be education - have them spend a few days with some WWII vets and maybe, just maybe they'll learn something valuable.
